Operations Support – One Year Placement Student

The Role

We require a highly motivated placement student to work within our Operations Team for One year, working with experts and developing the skills needed to be a successful Operations professional.

Key Tasks:

The Operations placement role will enable the successful candidate to gain a vast range of experience working across the following Operational areas:

• Production
• Continuous Improvement
• Operational Excellence Projects

He / she will be a self-starter with strong drive and determination, who is capable of self-management. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone seeking to develop and build a career within a manufacturing business working in the agri-food industry.

Essential Criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
• Strong ICT skills
• Full driving licence
• Ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland if required

Desirable Criteria:

Operations or continuous improvement knowledge/study would be preferred

Salary & Location:

£16,500 salary – full time for one year based in Belfast, but with some possible travel to other locations.
